FINALLY....

Humpty Dumpty should have had his seat belt on....This is my buddy, Mr. Goat.
I was trying to break in and join the zoo,but my plan was discovered
I tried to catch the duck but he was scared of me...

Okay, I am back.

Things have been a little crazy and mom is finally getting back on track... Lots of news since I last updated you all... not sure where to start...

As you see I finally took dad to the zoo. He had never been to the zoo here before so I showed him around and gave him some exercise at the same time by letting him carry me on his back. He was too scared to come in the petting zoo- claiming he had to "take pictures of me and mom". I got to see all kinds of animals and I especially liked the way the sheep's wool felt.

Mom has been working lots and me and dad are having fun. I tend to punish mom a little when she first comes home, won't give her kisses, hugs, etc, but she seems to be catching on.

Grampa John gets here from Florida next week, and my new girlfriend Brooklyn Malveaux was born last week. Dad is almost finished the basement, I had my first real babysitter last weekend while mom and dad went on a date, and my buddy Isaac is finally here from Kansas. I got to go on a play date, but my play-date buddy got sent on a time out by his mom and he feel asleep while in time out... Oh well, that is all for now but I will have more pictures to post soon.

Luv ya!!

August!! Already?

This is my buddy Kaiya that was staying with us... She's cute! Me, dad and Kaiya. I think Kaiya had a crush on daddy and the feeling was mutual.
I was being chivalrous and pushing Kaiya around in my wagon. She wasn't sure about the whole adventure...
BUSTED!!! Mom and dad don't understand that everything is a jungle gym right now.
Taking a stroll in my new LA CLippers gear. Auntie Denise was here from LA and hooked me up

Greetings to all of my faithful followers. I have been neglecting the blog lately but with good reason. Things have been crazy-busy lately and I have lots to tell you.

The Woodcocks have moved out and the Collins family has moved in. They are visiting from Sacramento California and are here to do a memorial concert for mom's Pastor, the late Rev. Johnny Collins. Mom has been at rehearsal every night and the big concert is on Sunday. I got to go to part of one rehearsal and so far, so good. I even have my own tambourine to join in the fun.

Dad had an interesting week at work and this weekend is another home game. I don't get to go to this one because it starts at my bedtime, but I was pretty good at the lousy game last weekend. It is a long time for a one-year-old to sit still if you ask me but I thought it was nice of the cheerleaders and the mascots to keep me entertained.

My sign language is still going well, mom and dad are catching on nicely, they now understand almost 20 different signs I do, and it has made communication easier. I still get a little frustrated some times and I like to demonstrate that by throwing my head back (and that is a BIG head) and shrieking. Now that I can walk I see no need for a stroller when we are out shopping, unless it is for me to drive and crash into things...

Anyway, lots to do today, I will keep you posted on how the concert goes this weekend.

LUV YA!!
