Summer is done and we are well into our fall routine. We truly had the best summer ever, and we are still in denial that is is really over. All day school has started for Elijah, the big grade one! Micah goes three mornings per week, and we are back in swim club and indoor soccer for the winter. The big news around here is that dad and mom organized a charity football event for the Childrens' Make a Wish foundation, with the Eskimo alumni crushing the City Police in flag football. $7000 dollars was raised and loads of fun was had. Dad is now coaching the Edmonton Huskies Jr. Football team, and since his arrival there has been a SIGNIFICANT improvement in the defensive line.

Pray for us and the new school year, mom and dad's continued safety at work, and for a gentle winter like last year...
